What is important when outsiders offer support?
I think this is basically a communication issue. Not only language but body language and attitudes are also important.
Evaluating success and what have you enjoyed most?
When we are called back to the communities. This is one of the surest ways to evaluate ourselves.
What is the most difficult thing in your work?
The most difficult thing is to try and convince people that there are alternatives to what they have been doing for so many years. That is the most difficult thing. That takes time. It is too early to talk about big success. We are only 7 years old. Our success is that we are still alive.
Are there other groups linking government, NGOs and communities. Yes there are many.
