Okamotokita Elementary School Report

9.On June 2, Mr. Matsubara of WSN office was kind enough to come. He appreciated our enthusiasm , didn't he ? 10. Tried to walk actually along the Tani River. From under the root of coppice along the river, water was gushing out . 11. Cold and clear water. Someone drank it unconsciously. It was good, we hear. 12. Going down, there was a spot where plenty of waterweed grow. We thought there live a number of fish and insects as well.
13. Unable to endure, went into the river and played at the spot where bank protection works was done. 14.Not satisfied with free time given about half an hour, everybody wanted to come again." 15. Going down along the river, it became bigger by degrees. It was regrettable to find even trash was thrown away by people . 16. Going down further along the Tani River, we found a happy sign. Glad to know that some people were doing their best for the purpose of preserving clear river. But the sign said, "Adults are requested to refrain from fishing ", and we wondered if children might catching a fish.
