A Field Protected by Electric Fences in the Heart of Mountain
Nakano 7th Junior High School Nature Investiagation Club(July 10)

We went to Nichihara limestone cave in Higashinichihara, Tama-cho, Tokyo to look for "Plastic Arts Made of Water".On the way, we found a field protected by solid electric fences in Higashinichihara. What kind of animals break into the field?

The City of Higashinichihara placed in deep mountain. This field is along the road. Can you see the electric fences? This picture is an enlargement. There are four electric wires which that an electric current flows on the solid wire netting. What kind of animals break into the field? Wild boars? Deers? Monkeys? Bears?
