Cut up cheese and place it with ham and kimuchi on a french roll.		 Mixed Vegetable Miso Soup
Recipe
Slice egg plant, green peppers and mushrooms up. Add them with salmon flakes and ham to miso soup.

How was it?
Both dishes are very simple to prepare which is important when I am on the road. After I finish my report every day I don't always have a lot of time to cook so quick preparation and good nutrition are always considerations. Kimuchi cheese sandwiches are one of my favorites but rarely does anyone share my tastes.

In no way does this dish represent Kanagawa Prefecture. Since it rained the two days I was in Kanagawa and I only stayed in camp sites, I was unable to seek out a local dish to put in Wisdom Home-Town Restaurant. Sorry. If you know of any dishes let me know! We can put it up on this page!
