Memo
Both of these dishes are made from materials grown right here in Yuno. The vegetable were picked only shortly before the dishes were made today! Mrs. Sano believes strongly in making food that she grows herself. Everything she serves in her small restaurant, whether summer or winter, is from her own garden or nearby mountains.
There is a Japanese saying, "Your body and the land are one." Mrs. Sano practices this in her cooking.

How was it?
Mmmm! You don't often feel so much "love" in cooking.

Shizuoka !
At the base of Mt. Fuji, Shizuoka is blessed with clean water of Mt. Fuji. It grows a wide range of vegetables and rice. Right now farmers are harvesting their rice.
